Dear Friends,
Since early April I have been meeting with voters throughout the 6th Congressional District of Alabama and sharing the many reasons that I am running for the U.S. House of Representatives.
I am as upset as you are with bank bailouts, trillion dollar stimulus plans, government-controlled healthcare, over regulation and high taxes. Our federal and local governments are out of control, and our current representatives are much to blame. For this reason, I am offering the voters of District 6 a real choice for change in the 2010 election!
I am not a career politician nor am I a government employee. I want to use my 31 years of experience as a successful administrator, small business owner and civic leader to bring real change in the right direction to the 6th Congressional District. The positive response to our message has been overwhelming, and we look forward to the campaign days that are ahead of us.

To succeed in this effort, I will need to mount an aggressive campaign. The campaign will require a strong and organized grassroots movement.
