Answers For The
Illegal Immigration Issue
By Dr. Stan Cooke
The United States of America was established on principles that support the welcoming of new residents to our country based on the ideals used by the Founding Fathers when establishing this nation over 200 years ago.
Over the last several decades, the United States’ immigration policy has become corrupted due to politics, and it falsely represents an uncompromising decision between unfettered immigration and no immigration at all. Amnesty is not the solution.
As your next Congressman, I will work to implement a new immigration policy for solving illegal immigration and establishing conservative guidelines for legal immigration.
New Immigration Policy:
- 1. Close all borders.
- 2. Use the military or national guard to protect the borders and sea ports.
- 3. Deport all illegal aliens.
- 4. No “anchor babies.”
- 5. Establish yearly numerical limits.
- 6. Establish a priority policy based on country of origin.
- 7. Establish a priority policy based on age, gender, education and skills.
- 8. All immigrants must go through the naturalization process which would include the requirement of renouncing other citizenship, renouncing voting rights in another country, require learning English and passing a test on American history in English.
- 9. No one with a criminal record would be allowed into the country.
- 10. Establish a temporary education / high value worker visa program with time and renewal limits.
- 11. English will be the national language of education and government.
- 12. It shall be illegal and enforced for any person, business or government to hire an illegal alien.
- 13. It shall be illegal to sell or rent property to illegal aliens.
- 14. It shall be illegal to issue credit cards, money transfers, saving accounts or checking accounts to illegal aliens.
- 15. Cut off all federal aid to any city, county or state that refuses to investigate if a criminal is here illegally.

Teddy Roosevelt’s ideas on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN in 1907.
‘In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American…
There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag… We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language.. and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.’
